act clutch worth it?

 

i've had my act with 6lbs comptech flywheel for about 20,000 miles. works great. grabs nice and pedal response is excelent. shifts hard enough for my air freshener to fly into the back seat
just gatta make sure its warmed up before any hard driving.

its a good clutch but it sucks how its gonna chatter after a while

 

ACT is one of the best u can get!!

 

I got the Act HDSS kit and its very nice for street and track. The pedal pressure increased a little more but nothing extreme. The grab is a lot stronger than before.

 

I hace the ACT Xtreme with street/strip disc and love it. Have around 50,000+ on it and still feels great.

 

I have the ACT HD PP and street strip disc. I the way it feels. When I have to change again I'll go the same route again also put a new fly wheel in also. Didn't have the funds to do it last time.

 

I've had both, ACT is where its at. Xtreme PP/Street Disc and 12.5lb street flywheel.

 

ive had bad experienes with act street disc and heavy duty...i would go clutch masters..i guess it depends on the app tho

 

act hdss clutch with comptech fly wheel....all i can say is god damn!

 

Ive had them in my 93 AWD Talon, 2000 JRSC'ed civic Si, and currently run one in my Turbocharged GSR. I wont buy anything but ACT.

 

good clutches man.....i love my 6 puck! had it for over 20,000 now...still grab!
