is there something wrong with your clutch? i'd say stock clutch for stock like hp... - although made lots of noise - it was in good condition when removed at 53K miles

If no power gains, then stay stock.

I have autocrossed, city drag starts and whatever nonsense out of my car for the past 45K miles. My clutch is still holding strong.

But, I am buying parts now to start to replace. It is still holding, but I rather be proactive than reactive.

I had a CM. Busted it road racing, which is actually pretty easy on clutches. I'm using an Action right now, and I'm quite happy with it so far.

CM STAGE 4!!!!!!!!!!
been using those for years, got one sitting in the closet ready to be put in.

If you're still semi-stock a CM stage 3 will do the job no problem.

I agree...thats a great setup. I had stock ITR clutch and Spoon flywheel in my GSR and I loved it. But, if you wanna go aftermarket, I would go with the above.

Well, i'm running the ACT Extreme pressure plate and SS disk. Im having a blast with it. Get the JUN lightweight flywheel, not too light so it still holds enough energy but shoots the rev's up. I've heard some bad things about Clutch masters. 2 of my friends ran it in their car's and one of them blew out on him and the other one started slipping real bad only after 20k of usage ( mild usage, no track time ). I can't speak for everyone else out there cause im sure that there are ppl that love their CM's clutch and there's gotta be a lot of happy users out there but 2 of my friends have it and they both messed up so i wouldn't run them. ACT clutches have bad throwout bearings though, mine's screwy already after 25k. you won't really need anything too crazythough. The Extreme isn't really needed, i'd just stick with the heavy duty. I was a Die Hard driver at the time ( so i thought i was ) untill i ran into heavy Chicago traffic. It was ugly.. real ugly.
