Default Help With GC Coilz

Alright i know this has come up before, but i searched and came up with NOTHIN that helped me. My question is, when it comes to adjusting the height . . exactly what do i do? I have the tool, but is it really necessary, and how do i use it? I need to raise the car up about half an inch or so, any help would be much appreciated. THANKS IN ADVANCE !

this is exactly why you would want to do installs on your own! knowledge comes from experience, not from paying some mechanic big bucks to mess up your car. first of all...YES, you need the "tool" (hex).
1. raise up your car...you know how to do that right???
2. look in the wheel well and you'll see the "GC Coilz"
3. stick the "tool" in the "hole"... dear god i hope you know how to do that, jk
4. loosen up the hex bolt... remember lefty loosey
5. on the collar, the "thing" that your spring is sitting on, there are words and arrows to show you which way to turn to lower and vice versa.
6. it will be sort of a twist and play, so adjust accordingly. once you've got to the height you're happy with...stick the "tool" in the "hole" and turn... righty tighty!
and you're done!

yea jack up the car and withthe allen wrench you got with them loosen the bolt and then turn it to the right. remember.... lefty=lower, righty=raise. be sure and tighten the allen bolt afterwards.

For Ground Controls right? No click that I know of. It's called an Allen Key, I believe the size if 4.5 or 5. Are they brand spanking new or dirty? I tried adjusting mine w/o WD-40. Hear lots of grinding. That was the dirt.
