my sis got pulled over yesterday for her loud music. is that against the law? they also checked her car for drugs. is that legal? without a warrant?

 

Yeah they can check a car for probable cause. And about the music too loud, if they have a db meter to prove it breaks sound laws then they can, if not they can't give you a ticket.

 

well basically if they can hear your music from a certain distance then your assed out, and technically they can't search your glove compartent or truck but if they have probable cause they can, they usually ask you if they can, and most people get scared and say yes
