Default Best subs (on a semi budget) and box type for a Integra...

i have a 2dr teg, and im wondering what would be the best subs + box type + amp to really slam in a hatchback?

i was thinking of doing either a sealed box, or bandpass w/ Performance Teknique ICBM.5712DX and a 1600w power acoustik amp

i know most people dont like these, but wouldnt this setup slam the best for the money?

ive had 2 kenwood 500w 12's on a 760w sony POS and it hit pretty damn good, id expect this to do over that system by alot.

any good reviews for these subs/amps?

anything else thats better for the money
12's and 15's only...
(600$ cap i would say, for subs and amp)

thanks!

2 Adire audio shivas (AdireAudio.com)
1 JBL 600.1 (Ebay.com or Ikesound.com aka Scala1 on Ebay)

$195 + 150*2 = 495 (for some good ****!)

Edit: throw in $60 bucks for a sealed box.

2 JL audio 12w6s Unless the price has gone up. I paid $150 each when I bought them.

Don't know anything about cheap amps, sorry. I would buy a used amp if I was on a budget.

2 of the new e12k's 140 each

600 watt amp. Depends if you are going sealed or not. The jbl 600.1 does not have subsonic filter.

Image Dynamic ID subs. Not even the IDQs. Try them.

Don't get anything from Ebay, they don't come with any warrantys. I have 2 Sony XPlods in my Teg, 1200 watts each, with 2 XPlod 1200 watt mono amps pushing them and it hits so damn hard. My parents can hear my car from 2 blocks away when I have my system turned up. Then I have a RF 300x running the speakers. It is really nice except the trunk rattles like a ****. I spent about 900 on everything. It works really good for now until I can afford a custom system.

Wrong. There are many sellers on Ebay that offer a warranty. It might not be factory, but it gets the job done. I've never had any problems with anything that I have purchased off Ebay. Several amps, 2 Head units, 4 comonent sets and all kinds of other things.

Ebay stuff can have warranties. I've bought all sorts of eletronics from Ebay. Gotta watch that feedback rating! You could buy a US Amp on Ebay for probably less than Sony xplod stuff.

I'm just saying this because, all of the sellers I have talked to said that they don't give out warranties.

Don't go with John Doe selling his friend's equipment. Look for the dealers with 1000+ feedbacks, who run their businesses through ebay.

Examples: Scala1 (<- IkeSound), CBRstereo, Etc...
