Mugen Intake, Toda/Spoon/Hytech/SMSP header, hiflow cat, good 60mm+ exhaust, hondata, might not hurt to remove power steering belt (look the rack like dropspeed), no need for cam gears.

you are missing cam gears, fpr, and most importantly dyno time...
which will most definitely put him over $2gs and might not put him at 200whp, if he is running stock intake and exhaust.

Toda header, some A's, SMSP carsound cat and the SMSP stock ITR exhaust bottleneck remover might put you close?
SMS header + exhaust
Open intake of some sort
fuel pressure regulator
drop power steering
big alternator pulley (if you don't run a pimpy stereo system)

Yea I want to sell it for a Evo but the market right now is terrible. I wouldn't get my asking price so I mine as well keep it. Im going to have it paid off anyways..and I've had car payments for the last 6 years from changing cars so much it'll be nice to have some money for a new monitor, tv, clothes etc etc.
I already have a cai, so I was thinking maybe toda headers with a vafc and cam gears? Will that work? Maybe I'll spend $2500 and get some toda camshafts too?
I just need enough to beat my friends stock EVO
OR plan b, fix up my 95 turbo integra ls? i could get a inline pro manifold, bigger turbo new down pipe and new ic piping etc.

oh hehe, i mis-read... he is asking for 190whp.
its hard to say since not all R's are equal from the factory. but i would assume that with proper tuning, he could hit 190 with A's, header, cat/testpipe, and fpr/vafc.
stock cams can get you to 190 with a built bottom end... stock compression will be hard.

We're talking 190whp, right?
Stock cams can get you to 190, i'm fairly certain.

I bet you with an fpr, hondata and taking of my power steering I could get very close to 190whp with stock cams and cam gears (and obviously tuning).
I KNOW that my mods + this mods above puts you over 2k.
I'd bet you on that, but i don't have the money to bet, nor the money to buy the parts that would get me to 190whp.

A certain board member's R made 185 with I/H/E.
MANY R's make 180whp with I/H/E.
What makes you all think that 5-10 more whp isn't possible with tuning and an fpr?
WHEN I have the parts I listed above and the money, we'll see. I'm not 'aiming' for some number, but if I were to reach 190, i would be happy, but not suprised.

I'm at 175 with a J's intake, JD DC 4-1, hi flow cat and Fujitsubo RM-01A. I made 9 whp alone with the exhaust.
We'll see what i'm at when I dyno with the Mugen Intake in a few weeks.
It is all a moot point, though. I didn't do it for $2K, and unless you get a hytech or smsp header/exhaust and tuning and somehow find a way to have money for an intake, I'm not sure you can for that amount of money.

no, you made 9 whp with the exhaust in conjunction with your other mods. alone, it might not have done as well. and with the mugen intake you are WELL over $2gs hehe
again, i know people can make 190whp with stock cams and i/h/e and fpr and tuning and maybe bumped compression. but that is not $2g's, which is what the thread was originally about. with enough $, anything is possible. within reason and engine constraints, of course.

I made 9whp with my exhaust and hi flow cat, same exact whp as the exhaust and a test pipe. Previously (when i had 9 less whp) i had the jdm dc 4-1 and a different hi flow cat, same diameter, different length, and the stock exhaust.
anyhoo. you are right not for $2K.

Thinner head gasket, Toda Spec A's, Toda (or equivalent) header, decent exhast (No bottle necks), Hondata. Should get you you right @ or just shy of 200whp.
I just need enough to beat my friends stock EVO
You'll need RWD or AWD to keep up.
You won't stand a chance with FWD with your budget.
Even if you made 500 whp, AWD will own you every time.
If I understand you correctly you already have a CAI and a header with a 2.5" collector. I'll assume you already have a 2.5" cat as well.
My suggestions would be:
1. 2.5" exhaust with no bottlenecks. This plus your other mods should put you within ~10 whp of your goal.
2. Clutch & flywheel upgrade. This will eat $800~1000 and make 0 whp. But your car will be quicker and more fun to drive.
3. Hondata S200. Again, you won't see much whp from this mod, but you will see a smoother powerband with proper tuning. And the launch control and full throttle shift capabilities will make you faster in a straight line.
Do this and chances are you'll still be well short of 190 whp. But your car should still be considerably quicker than it is now.

or a junkyard sourced turbo setup.
