if its not the wheel bearing...then what is this noise???

if its not the wheel bearing...then what is this noise???
i hear this humming sound from the passenger side like a wheel bearing is out. only happens at like 25 mph and up. i have changed both wheel bearings on that side but i still hear that noise. what is it guys...help me out
