depends on how much the shop charges, Also depends if they/you want to remove the entire rad. support or just the "T" portion of it.

yea.. it really depends upon the shop... and i would definitely take it to a shop with experience with teh jdm conv. I kno a weld shop here in so cal that does pretty much any welding work u need and does custom built roll cages and we got him to do the jdm radiator support on my roomates car for 250 and i seriously doubt you'll find anything much cheaper than that.

You guys make it sound like it is rocket science. All it involves is drilling out a few spot welds to remove the USDM rad support, and welding on the JDM rad support. Any decent body shop can do that.

If you know someone with a welding experience, THEY can do it for you.
