Default New to AutoX, questions on cost-effective suspension set-up for EH

As of now my suspension "mods" consist of:

- GC's with Teg spring rates
- 16x7 Rota C8's with 205/45/16 Dunlop SP9000's
- 99-00 front strut bar (woo-hoo!)

Still running stock shocks But anyway I plan to start building my suspension pretty soon, and I'd like to get a good setup for a reasonable price... Here's what I have in mind:

I have a 1993 Civic CX

- Full GSR brake swap up first, including rear LCA's
- 92-95 Si front sway (will I need the front LCA's from the Si/GSR?)
- ITR rear sway w/beaks kit

Not sure on the shocks yet:
I hear Koni Yellows are the best, but are a little pricey
Tokico Illumina's? KYB AGX's?

Help me out here guys, open to any and all suggestions and appreciate any input!
