so when i got my car, the steering wheel was on crooked (god only knows why) and the horn didn't work. now, taking the steering wheel off and straightening it wasn't a problem...but why doesn't the horn work? there was a little metal feeler sticking up from the post to contact the metal ring on the back of the wheel, which i presume is the circuit for the horn, and i made sure the contacts were clean and all...but still nothing. what gives?

its killing me to drive around without being able to use this glorious musical instrument!

 

shortly after i got my car the horn stopped working, i also noticed the brake lights did not work. although it seems like a steering wheel problem, did you check the fuse? cuz on my car one of the horns (there is a low and high) well the low was messed up and created a short cicruit that resulted in the brake lights/horn not working

 

yeah all the fuses are good and everything else electrical works fine.
