all comes down to personal opinion. I can handle it, but some don`t like the ride.

There's no need to get Tein RA's if you don't track your car.

Save some money and get Tein SS.

The ride will be a lot more comfortable.

He has a Type-R he can't use the Tein SS, I'd look into the Tein Flex for your Type-R. The RA's are good too. I use the SS on my GSR and it doesn't bother me. It will ride solid and you will feel everything in the road, but it won't be bouncy, just very stiff.

My mistake, you are correct.

Just get a set of Tein Flex, then you can still tell people you have Tein coilovers but the ride will be much milder.

as a suggestion, look into Zeal coil overs.

edit- by the way, what are you looking for? what's your application? give us a price range. we could help you a lot more if you answered these questions.

It's a mounting issue, Type-R's have different lower control arms then other integras. Tein SS are made to mount on the standard control arms that come on gs/rs/ls/gsr.

Yeah but if he wants to dump the car like it's hot (which i am ***|u|me|ing he wants to do), he'll have to adjust the preload until his car feels like rocks.

If you want to slam your car to the ground and still maintain decent ride quality, get airbags.

That is the best option.

Well I orginally wanted the HA's or B2's.. but I might be able to get the RA's for less than the B2's thats why I was considering it. Oh it's not all for street it's some track and autoX. This is not for slammign my car by the way, it's simply because I might be able to get the RA's for a better price than the B2's and the HA's are no longer made. So i wanted to know if the RA's willbe bearable on the street other wise I was gonna get the B2's. yes assuming makes and *** out of u =P

What made you want to change the stock suspension in the first place?

That will help in choosing the right coilover for you.

Is this directed towards me?

it;s directed to the dude that said it first as far as I know it wasn't you

I am jsut looking for somethign stiffer.. the tein HA's were my first pick stiffer but not too stiff not the best for trackign but ok if you on the street more.. the zeal b2's seem to fit the mold next.. i just was considering the RA's because it's a really good deal, less than it would cost me for the b2's although, they are more track ready then I really need. But at the same time if they do ok on the street also and won't get tore up with the roads here than it's in consideration from an economical point of view.

RA's will be stiff. I have no experience with them, but the general consensus is that they are quite stiff. I would reccomend the B6's as they are height adjustable independent of the preload. However, Zeals are quite a bit more expensive than the Teins. Mike may still have his special going on on Zeals, i am not sure, but you can PM him (Mike M).

As another, might also want to look into some USED Mugen Lowdowns. People have nothing but praise for those.

As for assuming, I assumed because you gave no evidence that you would use them otherwise. But see, you called me an "***" which makes you an "***", which in turn makes both of us asses because I assumed to begin with. I started it, and I was wrong. My apologies.
