Where is secondary o2 pluged into??

I need to take it off.. WHere is the plug? and what is the best way to get it off??

On a stock car it is mounted on the catalytic converter and plugged into part of the wiring harness near the shift linkage.

is the plug inside the car??? im told its located under radio under carpet

Yes, and before you start digging through your interior, it is easiest to access it from below the car.
