Default h&r race springs,spring rates?

Guys I just wanted to confirm the rates for these springs,I think its like 350 lbs f and 400 r,I think they made it stiffer in the rear to reduce understeer which I noticed after they were installed.Anyone?

vtec.net claims 583 front, 450 rear. take that for what you think it's worth.

I don't think any off-the-shelf spring set you buy is going to be stiffer in the rear. You probably noticed the reduced understeer because the rear rate is increased more than the front rate.

Edit: the rates Eva01 posted seem much more reasonable. Those are probably right.

Cool,I'm wondering if I install koni yellows will I have stiff suspension almost like Gc's which have around the same spring rate.

since the yellows are adjustable, you can make your setup however stiff you want, so yeah, you can have stiff suspension with those.

Yea because with the tokico blues the front bounces all over the place.

oh come on now, the blues don't bounce that much. they're nowhere near as good as the koni yellows...but great for the price

My blues may be shot, with the pro kits the car drove fine, then when I put my H&R race it became real unstable in the front and bouces all over the place like a blown shock, with those spring rates and that much of a drop I truly dont believe those shocks can handle it.
