when you crawl under it you'll notice 2 plugs on the tranny.
drain from the bottom, fill in the top.
You may need a funel.
thats it.
1.8 qts I believe

accually, the fill plug is on the side, right by where the pass side axle comes out. and the drain plug is just below the pass axle. the best way to fill the tranny: get an adaptor that screws on to the oil bottle and has a valve then about a 1 ft hose comming off of it. I believe the auto parts stores carry these. stick the hose into the fill hole, then turn the valve. the fill hole is also your fill line. fill the tranny with the car sitting level until oil starts comming out of the fill hole.
make sure you use Honda MTF, it works much better in our trannies than conventional oil or other MTF.
also, usually shifting problems like yours are not because of the oil, or even the syncros, but the engine mounts and shift linkage bushings. make sure and check out your front and rear engine mounts, when they wear out, your tranny can flex to a point where your shifter doesn't line up properly.
