Default ride height's difference in cornering

I have an EK sedan running on Spoon spring and shock combo (non-adjustable). Because the car was scrapping the driveway I had rubber lifters put in to increase ride height a bit. My question is would this have any negative effects on cornering? Although the car sits a bit high, because the springs and quite stiff the body doesn't lean as much. But will ride height have any effect on cornering even though I'm running quite stiff springs.

What are "rubber lifters"? Are they rubber spring inserts between coils like NASCAR uses? If so they will really effect the handling. Are they a spacer to got above or below between the spring perch and the spring tails, then no they will only add dead height and not effect handling mcuh if used in moderation.

The ones I used are no inserted between the springs, they are inserted at the top of the spring I believe...

Change them out for something that will allow your springs to work at a consistent rate. Look here http://www.colemanracing.com/section/index.htp?id=350
