Wat type of ecu's are compatible with the h22a and wat cars do they come off?

It depends if you car is OBD1 or OBD2. but any dual cam VTEC ECU will work. preferably USDM H22 or B18 because there is no speed govern

no, not any ECU.

not all DOHC vtec ECU's have the IAB, P72's or anything else needs some tuning via hondata if you want to actually have the car run like its supposed to. A stock p72 ECU on an h22a produces a wierd looking dyno graph, I wouldnt want one without Hondata and a dyno
