watch out, the vents over the motor will let in water on top of your motor cracking your headers and flooding your plugs.

Sorry, your original post didn't say USDM. Cervini's is US, I beleive that Feel's offered a hood for older SiR-G's that would work.

My bro used to have one on his boosted teg. Only problem i noticed was that water got on his mani and wastegate and rusted them up.

Well it helps in sunny california, plus it will keep the egt's down, alos heat is the #1 killer of motors, making things ware way more prematurely.

Lancer Evolutions are plauged by rusty engine bays, those damn giant openings. Openings are good for race cars, but not daily drivers. But they do serve a purpose...

yeah i live in so cal too.. why dont u just get a better engine fan and let it run as soon as your car comes on? thats how my 240 is.. my fan runs as soon as i turn the key and i have a nice intercooler too.. so i dont think temperature is gonna be a problem with my car..

I've got a fluidyne with 2 after market spal fans already, planning to get the greddy oil cooler, but i just want to vent the heat out because i plan to use my a/c in the summer with my turbo...and you cali has way too much traffic and i always end up sitting in my car at 100 degrees going no where. I just wanted to see some vented CF hoods that will look good on my R, and i also plan to make vent blockers for the vents when the rain comes around....so any links people?

The brand would be Mazda. That's the lip that came on all the RX-7's from 99-02.
