im pulling out my windows soons and im wondering if anyone knows any hook ups in so cal for lexan windows, and im not going to spend 551 bux for FAL lexan. so if any one has a suggestion or anyone who makes lexan let me know thanks.

 

home depot sells different grades, sizes, and thickness of lexan... i attempted to make some windows after a break-in and broken window in my crx. Only thing was the curvature of the glass is a little difficult to achieve, mine was just a homemade job but it worked. goodluck

 

To get the curve i think you are supposed to put the piece of lexan on top of the original window, then heat it with a heat gun or something like that.

 

if you heat lexan it bubbles, but acrillic will form under heat.
