Default Turbo crx

I have an 88 Si. basically stock. i wanna put a turbo on it. and I heard that I can use an eclipse turbo (T25) How good would it be to turbo my existing motor? would it withstand boost? and what parts do I need? I know I can use an HF manifold but what else? can I use a sidemount intercooler? PLEASE help me on this. THANK YOU.

the site doesnt work
me and my buddy are putting together 2 of the hf kits right now. you will need an hf manifold. big brother racing makes the adapter flange for the t25 to bolt right up. i ordered 2 today they are 80 shipped a piece. http://www.bigbrotherracing.com you will need to get a phone # and call they are custom. i HIGHLY recommend getting this months honda tuning since they have a whole tech section on how to do it. the dood you will see in the pictures is the dood you should talk too. if ever seen the mtv special true life: i'm a street racer, he is in that too. he is the bald guy.but anyway he can tell you anything you need to know about the kit. this months issue of honda tuning will to. i know you will need to bend the wastegate on the t25 down .25 towards the turbo to take the stock boost down from 12psi to 5-6psi. its pretty custom so i wouldnt do it if i were a beginner, but if your up for a challenge, go for it.

you can use the hf or std manifold..std flows better..you make the adapter plates..I would not pay 80 bux for something that cost 5 bux to make...The easiest turbo to slap on from what i read at homemadeturbo is a the probe/626 turbo..i think its set at 7psi..it has no clearence probs...you should get a fmu also..front mount intercooler seems the most popular.
