I'm looking to paint my CRX blue and i think that this blue would look sweet!

Ive been trying to find that color for awhile. It is a corvette blue. But I think it has some kind of pearl in it. Its a damn nice color though.

 

i have seen that color on a couple of cars, its almost like the EBP of the 99-00 civic SIs but not quite its got a little more pearl in it, try asking mazda, i think some of the FDs came with a color close to that from factory

man i saw that thing at irev, they were parked right by my car, he was with an orange rx7 and another black one, imo the three tightest cars at the show.

 

i know the guy who owns that car. it's a chevrolet corvette blue but i am not sure of the exact paint code name...

 

i'm not sure if it's Electron Blue Metallic either (if that's the color you are thinking of). Doesn't look the same as here: http://www.corvetteconti.com/Z06-Ele...e-Metallic.htm

i work at a chevy dealer i could pry get the code, it's a blue with a metallic black pearl actually, i could get the exact code but i'd have to go talk to a guy with a mullet

 

I think if you look at the 99 and up JDM RX-7's and you will find a very similar blue that looks amazing.

 

That looks like some house of kolur.

 

The gm code is 23.The wa code is was348d.The dupont color code is b9773.If its the blue on the Corvette

Says in on of the descriptions that it's "sonic blue", couldn't find any more sonic blue RX7's in my searches, or paint codes

thanks for the codes. I appreciate it alot. Now to decide if i'm going to go with that color . Probably will if i can't find out about the mazda paint soon...

its really hard to tell what color it is.There are several colors that resemble that.The new mustangs have a color that looks real similar to that go to a ford dealer and check it out.Also viper blue is a cool shade of blue.House of kolors has a blueberry pearl that is off the chain.And I would not be supprised if that color on the rx7 above is that bluebrry pearl from house of colors.I have painted everyone of the colors mentioned and if you want the blueberry pearl you are going to come out the wallet big time,$3800 at a least.For all the other colors it would be half that.Any body shop should be in the same range.If you need any help on pricing ordont know ifabody shop is bs'ing you pm me ill be glad to help

 

No, Its actually the Corvette c5 blue. I know for a fact, cause I also know the owner.
