ok i have a 91 civic si, i/h/e, port and ploshed head and others, and im thinking of slapping a turbo on it, and i was wondering just how much those motors would take turbo wise, before i would have to re-enforce the bottem end and everything. the turbo kit i am looking at is a t3/t4 turbo. so does anyone know if i can just put it on the way my motor is setup or will i have to modify any. any thoughts on this would be nice.

 

you could most likely run safely run about 8-10 lbs. depending on the condition of the motor i.e. miles
