Replacing starter on 94gsr, Any tips?
No, it's pretty simple. Disconnect battery terminal. Remove the intake system, remove old starter, install new starter, install intake system... reconnect battery... and you're done. Not much too it.
The starter is held on by two larger size bolts. Don't take off the 8mm bolts, those are not the starter bolts as I found out.
Take out the 8's for a fun surprise, parts go EVERYWHERE!
Take out the larger bolts (17mm or 14mm I think), and pull. Not hard at all.

Yup, there are two 14mm bolts holding the starter in. There are two wires that you have to disconnect. One is held on by a crown type nut, and the other is clipped on.
The bottom 14mm bolt is longer than the top. After you get those off, just wiggle it out through the maze of coolant and vacuum hoses.
Good luck. Real easy to do.

not to hard to do . since you have AC the lines might give you a little bit of trouble but not much , shouldnt take you to long .
I just took off the airbox and their seems to be a bunch of stuff (hose, wires, etc.,) on top of the starter. Looks hard to get to.
