Default Wheel/tired size

Thinking of getting 17 inch wheels, do they hinder or enhance performance at all? Or they are just for looks between the 16 inch stock and the 17 inch?

The stock wheels are 15s not 16s.
Now, if u are going to get a 17inch wheel, get a light 17. Thats y people get smaller wheels for wieght purposes and it also doesnt look to bling bling.

Depends on the weight of the wheel/tire combo you go with and along with the total diameter.

i have a set of centerline 18's for mine and with the tires i have the diameter is about .010" smaller than the stock setup and alot lighter as the 18's(without tires) weigh in at 14.5lbs each

bigger wheels to clear bigger brakes?

I know that the CTR comes with 17" wheels, but that's a 200HP motor vs our 160HP.
