how do you like it?? stiffness? build quality? improvements in chassis stiffness?? come on, give us some info
i have one of those, i installed it while my car was on jackstands that way when i lowered it, the car would "flex" inward due to the weight and make it more rigid (makes sense in my head, i guess). the front of the car felt more responsive when i took a hard turn, that's the best i can say, only cost me $24 shipped on ebay. looks cool too.
Do those things actually do anything? I always thought that the only strut bars that worked (if any) were the ones that bolt down on your shocks/struts. Oh well...looks nice

to be honest. i dont know, but it looks nice.
i dont know if theres a difference because i put it on my car before i even got to drive it. i might take it off then drive without it for a while. then put it back on to see how it is.
i'm pretty sure they do their job - if they aren't up to par then i think honda wouldn't put the stock bars at those points.
look at benen and mugen bars, they are bolted to those points as well...
and also the fact that you don't need to take em off when changing your springs/shocks keeps things simple.
