Default cargo light (trunk light) doesnt turn on..

i tried changing the bulb and turning on my headlights, it still doesnt work. could it be the fuse? and if so waht kind of fuse woudl i need?

You're not the only one. Mines a 98, and till this day I still haven't found out what's the problem .

yea mine was plugged in all the way, i took it off and put it back in to make sure it was in.

Probably the best thing to do is borrow a friends light, swap it with yours to find out if it's the actual light itself, or a wiring problem.

same here, I'm thinking it might be the switch on the trunk latch, but I've been too lazy to check.

my integ was like that too.. it would come on sometimes.. and sometimes it wouldnt..

sounds like a genetic problem with all integs.... someone should contact acura about this...

I had the same problem in my CRX. I replaced the bilb, fuse and had the whole thing apart. Nothing worked. I tested the bulb and it was fine. You know what the problem was? The solder holding on the positive connection was cracked. I couldnt see it because it was cracked on the bottom and not the top. I removed all the solder and replaced it with new solder and it works like a charm. Maybe you should try that. But I think that mine was replaced one time down the road before I got it.
