Can i install these rod bolts without taking the pistons out? I am prepping my head for high revving and wanted to reinforce my bottom end by getting these rod bolts, but i don't want to take out my pistons. Is this a relatively easy mod to do?

 

Getting to them is easy enough, but getting the bolts out is much harder. They don't just push out. There's also the possibility of distorting the big-end when you press the new bolts in.
