battery could be dying. had the same problem when my eclipse was cold. car wouldnt start, but when it was warm, it would start ok. the water was low on my battery. changed the battery and it was good to go. check the battery with a volt meter. then jump the car if you have to, and remove the negative terinal. the car should run off the alternator. it it dies, check the alternator.

Does that model year have the pop up headlights?

Make sure that the headlights are all the way down and that the electric headlight motor is not draining the battery. It will try to shut if it does not sense that it is closed and drain the battery.

Sounds like a ground loop issue.. All the hondas from 84-2000 have multiple gnds throughout hte car especially at the nose..acura fixed That back in the early 90's (~92)
I would remove the Alarm system and eliminate and unify the grounds throuhout the car...
(Best bet)

so if one of the grounds are not grounding then it would cause this problem?
