I've seen people have to lengthen there primary O2 sensor wire to fit with stock "header" so im assuming you would have to with aftermarket ones.

Thats strange that a few of you guys had to lengthen your o2 sensor wire, The o2 sensor wire that I have is so to long, I at least like 6-8 inches of slack. I had to like wrap it on my subframe.
