I am wondering I just got a new Civic SI and I do not have a security system and I am wondering what systems would you all recomend? I do not know if the stock one is any good or not but looks simple for me to install. I just want the extra protection since I am going to put on some new rims and other extras in years to come. I just think the security system should be my top thing right now and I will save money off my insurance.

Well I live up in IL were these cars do not sell that well I guess. Since I just got my car in the past week I have seen a total of 0 on the road other then mine. All the dealers up here still have 02's on the lot and that is how I was able to work out a deal on mine. From the money I saved I am looking to do the upgrades.

how much did you get it for?

 

it was stickered at 22,230 after all the add ons they had on it like tinted windows, fog lights, and some body extras for some better looks and I got it down to 17,280 befor tax and all that.

thats kool. the sticker price here in so cali. is 19.500. i like them alot just couldnt afford it. i got my 00 Si second hand for 11.800.
