S-afc blue wire.....throttle sensor....which color wire is it and do i need it?????

S-afc blue wire.....throttle sensor....which color wire is it and do i need it?????
Their is a throttle sensor that is suppost to be tapped into the ecu....we'll in my manual it doesn't say which wire it is or whether or not it is needed. any explanation of this would be very greatful
