Well... I wasn't going to dyno at first but I was like oh what the hell. Got there after work around 5pm... was gonna dyno only at 6psi (blah). Then since I was waiting on the other cars I said hrm... lemme put back in the turboxs mbc and see if I can get it to stay around 8psi. Did a few runs... held about right. Got on the dyno, first and second runs at runs @ 8psi yielded 179.5whp/155.7tq and 187.4whp/157.3tq. On the 3rd run Stephan convinced me to turn the boost up a little so I turned it up to about 8.5-9psi... netted 191.2whp/159.8tq. Final run I turned it up just a notch more to hold 9psi fully... 193.7whp/164.3tq @ 9psi. Throughout all the pulls I kept a very flat a/f curve somewhere around 11:1. The setup was a T3 60 trim turbo, afc hack, dsm 450cc injectors, turboxs mbc, stock timing.

Your torque curve looks really good.

 

I was there with the black integra, props for the custom kit. You mentioned you were only expecting 180 whp, pretty good #'s to bad i left before you installed the mbc.

 

on what motor is this? how's the spool up w/ your turbo?

aahh ok so UR IMPULSE B18C-T hehehe nice meetin yah man. thanks for the props. I heard ur car was laying down some great numbers as well. Good to finally meet some local H-T peeps as well. The mbc thing was just like an impulse (no pun intended)... I was like... wtf... don't make sense to dyno at only 6psi when i have that sitting in my car! Then Stephan peer pressured me into going up to 9... i was aiming for 10psi but oh well I'm happy with what it did. Still has a fat a/f curve also.

The turbo is a T3 .60 a/r, 60 trim compressor with a .48 a/r turbine on a stock internal D16Y8. Running off the wastegate the turbo spools up 6psi by like 4k. with the manual boost controller... pretty much 7-9psi spools up by like 3-4k.

For the vids you need to download the DiVX codec at http://www.divx.com. If it doesn't work still let me know ill try another format to encode in.

These settings flattened the a/f curve on my car when I dynoed @ 5-6psi w/ stock cat back in November. Same settings yeilded the flat a/f u see in the dyno from yesterday.
