HID madness. DC2 vs. S2k vs. G35 (too many pics to comprehend, 56k)
Let me know if you want to see more. I have more, believe it or not. I'm running Trevor's classic Philips 4300k kit. Here goes:
S2k on left, my GSR on the right. Notice how much sharper the beam cutoff is on the S2k...
GSR on left, S2k on right:
Honda S2000:

From left to right: S2k, GSR, G35 coupe:
From left to right: G35, GSR, S2k. Look how much more light the GSR puts on the ground compared to the other two. Hee hee.
The G35's reflector HID housings were impressive. Not quite as impressive as a projector housing though. With a little aiming, it could be as bright as the GSR and S2k.

yeah nice shots... Do you think the gsr headlights have more of a glare then the rest that have HID from factory. I think some cars wit aftermarket HID have a bad glare and the last thing I want to do is blind a cop passin in from of me. I know some guys that tickets for HID in there civics..

I have S2000 HIDs by the way.. OEM HID ownz jo0!

Indeed. By no means was I implying that the GSR's halogen projectors output any more light than the S2k or the G35. That's just the way the picture makes it seem. The OEM HID sends light farther and wider than mine by far, no doubt. But, for halogen projectors, the gen3 Integras are not to be underestimated. They get the job done.

Actually, most of that glare is because my projectors are aimed extremely high. I need to aim them down a bit. When aimed properly, there's hardly any glare at all, and there's actually a "flicker" to them. Photographs don't nearly show what they really look like.
that is why you get glare shields.. what do the glare shields look like? Where can i get some?
so hey john.. how u like ur kit from trevor??? whats the color output look like in person? no yellow?
I've done some research. Correct me if i'm wrong but glard shields are built into the HIB bulbs right? So I just have to get a decent set and it should have glare sheilds right?
