Have you checked the EACV? Could be a crack vacuum line or bad intake gasket on the throttle boby or at the head. I changed out the EACV on my D16 and it fixed it.

vacumm leak wouldnt cause it to idle so hight, it would make the idle fluctuate

if your tps is riveted to the throttle body, remove the throttle body and drill out the screws. then replace the rivets with screws. put the throttle body back on the car with a new gasket, and start the car up. loosen the screws enough that the tps can be turned from side to side, and move it around and check the car's reaction. it should help a bad idle. if you have a dashpot on the front of your intake manifold, remove the vacuum lines to it and plug them all up. how is you map sensor hooked up?

if u just swaped the B18, maybe u forgot the swap the outer TPS cables whern doing DPFI to MPFI...
if u had the car fine and started doing it , then ur TPS sensor went bad.. and u need a new one.......
