i need to know whats the best size sealed enclosure for a 12 inch L7, i know the smallest is .88 but ive heard it and didnt sound that great, any input would be great. by the way i already have 1 in my crx w, 280x4 soundstorm amp, and it hurts.! but it hurts so good

 

whatever kicker recommends on the website, or in the instruction manual. With sealed low end response is boosted with a larger box, but power handling increases with a smaller one. Are you looking for SPL or SQ? What kind of amp are you using?

 

im using this soundstorm 280.4, its got 4 channels so i bridged them into 2 channels since the L7 is DVC, so its pushin about 1000w, i dont know how much those amps are over rated. when i get my other L7 and my enclosure and amp rack finished im going to get 2 JBL 1200.1 amps. im going for spl
