what should i do if the online store send me wrong parts?
i order a set of rear koni yellow pair for 240.....
after a week, they send me my packange, when i open the pakage,
wtf, the shocks that they send me is red, nonadjustable
i will try to reach them soon, since they close on sat. and sunday.....what should i do? does it cost more headarce and money to send the shocck back,,,,,or i just except my lost and go with the koni red.......
i am so mad, this is the first time i ever experience bad luck doing bussiness only,,,,,hopefully can anyone help me?

send it back, you have to pay for shipping but they should reimburse you. it's a hassle but i'd go with koni yellows. if they act up, tell them that your gonna call your attorney.
put it back in the original box. tape it up and bring it to the post office and tell them you want to return to sender.
well i cant tell you how mcuh shipping is from wehre you live, to wehre ever it is being shipped to. but send it back, you dont want non adjustable ones when you bought adjustable ones.

call up the post office and ask. like Mike95lude said, if they're a good company they'll reimburse you.
When i got the wrong sleeves, i called the place i got them from and they told me that ups would pick them up from my house and send them back. Not sure what it's called when they do that, but ask the store if they do that. Saves you alot of time, headache, and money.
