Is it really worth my wild to change my sleeves?

I think pistons and rods should accomidate around 18 psi, if properly tuned.. what do you guys think?

for a street car.. yada yada i know all that "cant have street, and race at same time"

depending on your CR yes this is perfectly possible, and of course tuning
but for the money you cant go wrong with a blockguard

sleeve it

you'll be much happier in the end. One little sign of detonation at that boost level and you'll destroy your stock sleeves. I know this b/c it just happened to me a few days ago on 15lbs.

Car was tuned w/ AEM EMS @ jotech

anD HES NOT LYING. It blew at 15psi tuned good.

Nope LS luckly

 

nah it was an LS with forged internals.

but now comes the sleeved LS block with same forged internals

22 psi here I come.
