H23 vtec?!
I know that you can mate the H23 bottom end and the H22 head. But this was NEVER a factory option correct?! A person is telling me that it was avaliable in a 99 accord wagon? he is calling it a H23A? Any info is welcome

Yes, the DOHC VTEC H23A was only available in the 00-02 JDM Honda Accord Wagon, IIRC. (It might have started in 99, but I think it was 00). The DOHC VTEC H23A was rated at 200ps, and had a little more torque than an H22A. The H23A powered Accord Wagon was only available with an Automatic Transmission.
