Default I think I found out the problem for my idle rattling

It seems that when the engine is at normal temperature, it would only rattle a little. But at the exact time I do something like lower my window or turn on the air conditioner, my engine starts to rattle and idle at less than 200. My whole car would stall. I came to a conclusion that the windows and air conditioner might be draining too much power or something. Is there a way for me to determine this and fix it, or maybe do some tests? You guys think I might need a new battery? ( Which I doubt ). Thanks.

I posted on this a while ago. This happens to me a lot and it has gotten a lot worse, but I believe it is the AC vent. I am going to get mine checked out soon. I will let you know what the exact problem is as soon as I find out.

New battery? I don't think so. But then, I am on H-T to learn, because I am not too knowledgeable in this area. It's just what I have heard.

Oh really? Once you get it checked out, please tell me ASAP. Does your car idle also when you roll down or up your windows? And yea, I'm always learning something new on these boards, hehe.

if you power windows are causing that much of a draw to make you idle at a way low rpm might wanna have your charging system looked at as well as the battery

yeah, but for some reason my car would idle like that at hot temperatures without touching the windows nor air conditioner... so it must be 2 things combined causing this problem.
