Default How to adjust/increase idle?

Hi
I have a 90 civic si. I've been having some idle issues, the car idles around 500rpm and occasionally jumps a little...and sometimes drops below 500rpm and dies. I think on a couple of occasions, i braked hard at the light and the car died. Any ideas? i'm relatively new to this civic.
thanks

There should be an idle adjust screw on the TB... What model Civic do you have... If this applies (if you have a DX with Dual Point Injection "DPI" I'm not sure, cuz i haven't really looked at that motor) then all you have to do is open the screw counter clockwise to raise your idle... Get it up to about 750 +/- 50 and you'll be set... If your car is not a DX and you want some pics then let me know... Peace
