1. brace bolts up to some holes drilled into the tower.
2. brace is connected to the bolts that hold the strut to the tower.

most of the braces ive come across. bolt up to holes drilled in the tower. (option 1)
i just saw one that bolted to the struts and the guy claims its better. i belive his would put more stress on the struts but, i dont really know for sure.

Neither yields any advantage, all it's doing is preventing flex in the chassis, whether it's mounted to the struts or the bolts already welded to the frame does not matter. What does matter is the design of the bar. A common rectangular bar is more prone to crease under stress rather than a tubular bar that can handle much more stress and is less likely to flex or crease. Hope that helps
.... so what you are trying to saying DC sports is no good... on the other hand.. Ractive is better with its tubular design?
DC it is.. cus thats what i got...

idk drilling scares me, i would go with a strut tower mount one, i got the skunk2 one coming so we'll see
