HASport mounts = viberation..... how bad is it?
so how bad is it? I've heard that the mounts are very stiff and will cause MASSIVE viberation thoughout the entire car
Right now my car and motor are nice and baraly any viberation enters the cockpit.
Is there way to swap out the bushing for OEM ones? which ones will work?

i have experience with the old orange bushings, my car vibrates and drives me crazy, but thats because mines are tore up really really badly, from a previous experience. Im going to be sending them back to hasport and having them put in new bushings, i heard they got a new vendor for bushings so their a lot easier.
They vibrate like a ****. I don't understand why you would want to switch them out though. Anything but their (excluding solid metals) poly eurothane would probably fail with the 3 mount design. If you are that worried about it, you may want to get an EG for your bseries swap.
When cold, they do transmit a vibration and a lot of noise into the cabin. When they have warmed, the cabin is louder than stock, but there is not much vibration.
Ah, the costs of horsepower.

yeah they are extremely loud (lots of vibration) when they are cold since you motor runs rough when its cold anyways (until it comes up to temp). when i bring my girlfriend home at 12am in the winter time, we can barely talk its so loud
and dont even try to listen to the stereo unless its turned up a lot. as far as feeling vibration, i'd say i dont really. although it has created a ton of rattles that i hear from time to time. i'd say its worth it though, and the stiff mounts ELIMINATED my wheel hop

I honestly don't understand why so many people complain about the poly mounts. Perhaps they are used to driving around in newer cars that are much softer and quieter? Anyway, on my car the only time when more vibration is very obvious is at idle (B16 + older Hasport mounts). At certain RPM's the whole car resonates with the vibration, but I have found that if you play with your idle speed a bit you can find an rpm where the vibration is minimal. At any other engine speed I hardly notice the increase in vibration. In my opinion the benefits of the poly mounts far outweigh the disadvantages....especially if your upgrading from worn stock mounts.
I leave for school at 8 in the morning, and it is about 45 degrees outside. The car will cause some rattling, but once up to temp, or a hot day, I feel little to no rattles. Its not too bad. Ryan
PS, I got the billet kit.

HCP = 4 mounts, and hardly no vibration.
Has held up to more multiple motor swaps, and 10psi on a B16a.
No way i would ever buy Hasports, when the HPCs are so much cheaper and
have performed so flawlessly for me. Plus their urethane is made by
Energy Suspension, and has a lifetime warranty. Not that i'd ever need to use it.
