Skunk2 sleeve and the black rubber things won't fit
How do I get it to fit onto my Tokico Illuminas? Also, my Illuminas came with these two black rubber things, the adjuster, and a washer.

it has been a couple of years since i installed my skunks coilovers on my tokico illuminas so, i'll try my best to recall how i did it.
you tape on the two rubber washers on the strut really well so it wouldn't move and lubricate it with oil so the sleeves would slide right over the washers. the washers are there so there wouldn't be any play with the sleeve.
i'm not sure what "black rubber thing" you're referring to with the tokico illuminas. could you provide a better description?
