Default 99 v6 accord vs. 00 prelude

hi, my friend just got a 2000 prelude auto w/ shifttronic and my other friend has a 1999 v6 accord coupe and seeing as how they have the same hp (200), i was wondering which car would win. both stock. do v6's accelerate faster than i4's? and whats the engine code for the v6?

also... is there a such thing as a V4? i was told that the only 4 cylinders were inline 4s...

They may have the same HP but the V6 Accord also has 200 TQ. But between a auto Accord V6 and an auto Lude I would have to say the Accord would win.

i was told that the only 4 cylinders were inline 4s...
FYI there are also Boxer-4 or opposed engines which can be found on Subarus and I think some older Porsches. It's called boxer because the motion of the pistons look like the arms of a boxer throwing punches.

yea thats a tough one, i drove a v6 accord to race a 96 maxima both auto.. accord won, i raced a stick maxima with my prelude, beat him but he gave me a hard time, was behind me the whole time haha didnt realy pull away from him, suprising... but accord v6 is capable of hitting close to flat 15s, dunno the time on auto h22s, find out the hard way i guess it be a fun match up lol

Well I raced a 2000 4dr v6 accord ex(don't know if he is modded or not).... but man that was a close race. I onlybeat him by like 1/4 - 1/2 car from a stop. From a roll i beat him by somewhere around 2cars.
I am guessing my car is running...mid...MAYBE low 15's?
and i also raced a 2dr accord b4 ... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=421861

The Lude would win, the accord is heavier and has less agressive gears. The v6 accord runs 16.0 and the 5 speed lude runs 15.4, so the lude with the slap stick would be just a bit slower probably 15.6 or 15.7.
And I've never heard of or seen a V4 i think all four cylinders have inline cylinder arrangement.
