how much brake fluid?

when replacing brake fluid, how much fluid do i need? approx. how many 12.oz bottles? thanks

One is a good start. You'll need one of the quart bottles for a complete replacement though. One 12 oz. bottle gets fresh fluid in all the lines (if you bleed sparingly) and into all the calipers/cylinders.

Are you flushing for maintainance or another reason? Are you draining and then refilling the system?
