Default Selling my eg: what to sell seperate & what to leave on?

OK now I have another project I'm working on that's more worthwhile. (it's rwd). So I am gonna sell my civic. It is a 92 cx, 5 speed. I also have (in the mail) a jdm 99 integra type r motor w/10k, compression tested, nice and shiny lol. I need to know if I should swap the motor into the car then sell, or sell the car and the type r motor seperate. Also, what stuff should I include with the car, and what should I sell seperate. Well here's a discription of the car:

1992 Honda Civic CX Hatchback. It had blue interior, which I can't stand. And it had vinyl seats. fck that. So I got mint condition 95 gsr black cloth seats front and back. Also replaced all the interior pieces besides the headliner, which is kinda banged up. Now it has all black interior, besides the dash, which is still blue. I put in a Pioneer deh p7400 cd player, it's only 3 weeks old. Also, I installed Infinity Perfect Kappa 6.1 components, and rewired the doors w/good cable. It has an 03 civic si shift **** and a momo shift boot in there also. And an ebay short shift lever and energy suspension polyurethane shift bushings. I also have a brand new, still in the package VIS carbon fiber hood sitting in my garage, waiting for it to stop snowing lol. Also, I have fake spoon mirrors, unpainted, in the box, waiting for it to stop snowing lol.

The car has a leaking headgasket, which sucks. But if I didn't swap, I'd just fix the headgasket, since it's not an expensive part and the motor only has 100k. Clutch is good, trans shifts smoothly.

the suspension has been on there for a while, and i guess isn't horrible, but it's kinda beat. so a friend of mine has tokico blue's for $50, in back, then i'd just have to get front struts. And, I can get neuspeed race springs for like $75. I also have 15" 5 star wheels w/snow tires w/like 2k on them.

The body isn't too bad. A few speckles of rust (like the size of a piece of glitter lol) here and there, but on the rear drivers side wheelwell and quarter panel there is some rust. The paint also has a good amount of surface scratches on it, nothing to the metal.

The motor is a jdm 99 integra type R motor with 10k, includes everything, axles, mounts, sensors, ecu, tranny, harness cut at firewall, etc.

soo, what stuff should I put in the car, what should I take out, and what amount of $ should I ask for the various parts, and the car with various parts. Thanks for bearing with me on this long *** post

I think you should sell them seperate, each will be worth more that way. Just my .02 cents.

word. what should I ask for the motor, pricewise? And don't say $1000 cause you want it lol.
And assuming I don't put on the hood, what should I do to the car before I sell it? I figure I should definately get the headgasket, and maybe do the suspension (since it's only like $200 total). Should I paint it? A friend of mine works at a bodyshop so he could do it for a decent price. I'd just get what is messed up painted, like wherever there is rust get it ground off and fixed, and the drivers door has a lot of light scratches in the paint, I'll get that fixed too. Prob shave the rear emblem off the hatch since it needs to be painted due to rust anyway.
What would a 92 civic with thus afforementioned items go for? I really have no idea, and prices/values vary by area, and as far as area goes I have broad horizon's because of this lovely thing we call the internet, lol.

hey. it depends if anyone wants it as a shell. cause the blue interior was super beat. I threw out the back seats, but I still have the front ones. if someone wants the car and doesn't care about the seats, I'll put the original blue vinyl's in and sell the black gsr's seperate. I'm not gonna swap motors, I'll just sell the d15 w/the car, and the c5 seperate

cool, I would like to take that GSR interior off your hands...No rush though..Just a little insurance that you have a buyer for it if you take them out

yah, im gonna sell the type r motor seperate. I don't know what to ask for it though. I mean the average price seems to be like $4800, but this has axles, motor mounts, plus it's from a 99, plus it only has 10k
