Installed new head unit, now my dashlights don't come on with my headlights!!

Like the subject says, I installed new head unit, now my dashlights don't come on with my headlights. The door ajar bell and headlights on bell aren't coming on either. Any ideas?

Check your fuses.

It's definatley a fuse. 10amp if I remember correctly.
