Quck Aiming Headlights???
Hi, i just put in new headlights into my 95 civic coupe. they are just stock, needed to be replaced. So anyways, how do i go about aiming them correctly? Is there any easy procecedure to follow? i think each headlight has 2 screws? do i just turn these with a flat head? also, like how many feet do i need to stay away from the white wall and how do i know if they are correctly adjutsed? thanks
there will be a couple holes in your radiator support, down in those holes are the adjustors for the headlights.. what i like to do, is get a drill with a long extension with a philips head, and park on a dark street with no light, then i adjust the headlights up/down and left/right, til its just right... i dont worry about the wall test..i worry about the light on the ground, as long as its even, and nicely spread out, im happy.
i use the drill because it adjusts a lot faster, sometimes turning a screw driver takes a while til you can see which direction the beam is moving..
