Default D16z6 vs. Mini Me

Whats the advantage of using the d16a6 block w/ d16z6 head as opposed to just going with the whole d16z6 setup?? More torque?

Some say higher compression, but personally I would just do the Z6 swap.

If you do a mini-me, AND convert to obd-1 then the mini-me is better due to higher compression, but typically mini-me's stick to obd-0 and in that case the d16z6 will still put out a little more power due to better fuel curves, also obd-1 dizzy's are more reliable.

it is said that the a6 block is stronger than the z6?!?!
you don't have to pull the motor to just swap a head.
CR goes from 9.2 to around 10:1 with mini-me.
the z6 head flows alot better than the a6.

downsides:
mounting distributor
making the vtec work
