its called a lisence plate cap

choose your car, then select "bumper"
it will be part #21 for a hatch, or part #26 for a coupe.

It's actually part 26.
Thanks for the info, I will check with my local Honda dealer if not I will buy from website.
It's cost more for the shipping then the actual caps

i will have to get there, then come back.
that is 160 miles.
my car gets 35 MPG.
that is 4.5 gallons.
gas is $2.10 a gallon.
That is almost 10 dollars in gas.
the time it would take to drive 160 miles would be about 3 hours.
in 3 hours, working minimum wage, i could make 20 dollars.
if i could get them for free in tustin, i would end up spending 30 dollars anyway. they are 10 dollars at my local honda dealership. problem solves.
