Loooking for stock air box assembly and resonator. Hardware would be nice too. I've had my R for a week and the previous seller slapped the old stuff on and it's all beat to hell w/ nothing below the stock air box but hot air! Considering Comptech too. 919 821-5458
Dude... I have a Comptech IceBox on my ITR. I also have the OEM air box with about 200miles on it (virtually brand new) sitting somewhere in my garage if you want it. Let me know how much you'd offer for the OEM parts if you're interested. However, I think you'd be a lot happier with a Comptech.

Could you tell a difference with the Comptech? How much would you send it my way for? I just need something to slap up there so water doesn't get in the bottom of the air box. One last thing, does the comptech does do a straight-pipe design down from the airbox to behind the signal marker?
Yes, the Comptech was a noticeable difference over stock. I also tried an AEM CAI before the Comptech. I chose the IceBox over the AEM for two reasons: 1) the IceBox is quieter and 2) the IceBox starts to make a little more torque low on the RPM where the AEM made power higher on the rev (I understand this has to do with the fact that the IceBox uses the square air-box where the AEM is straight piping up to the t-body). As for your question regarding the pipe down to behind the signal, yes, it is a straight pipe about 3.5" in diameter (I can put my arm inside all the way when I wash it). In short, imagine your OEM airbox (where the air filter sits) with a long, open pipe going down to behind the signal light sits and that's your IceBox.
